We reserve the right to update or withdraw rates or services without prior notice, in accordance with our terms.
Services may not be available in all geographic areas; availability is subject to carrier coverage and operational feasibility.
Pricing is volume-dependent. Any change in parcel volumes may result in a rate review.
Pricing is also subject to your freight profile being maintained as agreed. Material deviations may trigger rate reassessment.
Out-of-area surcharges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach postcodes, in line with EVRi’s and other couriers’ standard charges.
Light and Large services are subject to eligibility and may require separate approval.
All rates are based on parcels meeting standard size and weight criteria. Oversized, heavy, or incompatible parcels may incur additional handling charges.
Label prices include standard fuel surcharges and congestion zone charges.
Additional surcharges may apply for special services or failed delivery scenarios.
Promotional offers and pricing may be subject to specific conditions or expiry dates.
