Refer a Business
HubEurope Referral Programme – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The HubEurope Referral Programme is open to all existing customers of HubEurope.
- To participate, you must be an active HubEurope account holder in good standing.
2. Referral Process
- Referrals must be made using the designated referral link or by providing the referred customer’s details through the HubEurope referral form available at www.hubeurope.com/referral-programme.
3. Referral Rewards
- Commission Payment: Commission is paid after one month of continued trading by the referred customer.
- Calculation of Volumes: Volumes are based on the referred customer’s average daily transactions.
- Payment Method: Commission is paid by way of credit against your HubEurope account.
- Commission Amount: The specific amount of commission will be detailed on your account dashboard and is subject to change based on current promotional rates.
4. Referral Validity
- A referral is considered valid only if the referred customer signs up and actively uses HubEurope’s services for at least one month.
- Self-referrals or referrals within the same organization are not permitted and will not be eligible for commission.
- A referral must sign up within 3 months of a referral.
5. Payment Terms
- Commission credits will be applied to your HubEurope account within 30 days after the referred customer’s first month of continued trading.
- Commission credits can be used against any future services provided by HubEurope.
6. Termination and Changes
- HubEurope reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the referral programme will be communicated through our website and/or via email to active participants.
7. Disqualification
- HubEurope reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the referral programme if there is any suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- HubEurope will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this referral programme.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in the HubEurope Referral Programme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
